$800.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your beef. 

Beef cost will be between $3,850.00 and 4,950.00. Yield should be approximately 400-520 pounds of beef which will utilize about 16 cubic feet of freezer space. 

The price is $5.50 per pound on the hanging weight,

with the average hanging weight being between 700-900 pounds. Additionally a kill fee and cut and wrap fees will be payable directly to the butcher.

The following cuts are based on a hanging

weight of 760 pounds.

20 pounds of Top Sirloin Steak

24 pounds of Rib Eye Steak

28 pounds of T-Bone Steak

6 pounds of Tenderloin Steak

16 pounds of Cube Steak

14 pounds of Rump Roast

50 pounds of Chuck Roast

6 pounds of Tri-Tip Roast

14 pounds of Sirloin Tip Roast

5 pounds of Brisket

6 pounds of Fajita Meat

10 pounds of Stew Meat

250 pounds of hamburger
