$400.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your beef. 

Beef cost will be between $1,925.00 and 2,475.00. Yield should be approximately 200-260 pounds of beef which will utilize about 8 cubic feet of freezer space. 

The price is $5.75 per pound on the hanging weight, with the average hanging weight being between 350-450 pounds. Additionally a kill fee and cut and wrap fees will be payable directly to the butcher. 

 The following cuts are based on a hanging

weight of 380 pounds.

10 pounds of Top Sirloin Steak

12 pounds of Rib Eye Steak

14 pounds of T-Bone Steak

3 pounds of Tenderloin Steak

8 pounds of Cube Steak

7 pounds of Rump Roast

25 pounds of Chuck Roast

3 pounds of Tri-Tip Roast

7 pounds of Sirloin Tip Roast

2 pounds of Brisket

3 pounds of Fajita Meat

5 pounds of Stew Meat

125 pounds of hamburger
