$200.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your beef. 

Beef cost will be between $950.00 and 1,250.00. Yield should be

approximately 95-125 pounds of beef which will utilize about 4 cubic feet of freezer space. 

The price is $6.00 per pound on the hanging weight, with the average hanging weight being between 175-225 pounds. Additionally a kill fee and cut and wrap fees will be payable directly to the butcher.

The following cuts are based on a hanging weight of 200

pounds.

5 pounds of Top Sirloin Steak

5 pounds of Rib Eye Steak

6 pounds of T-Bone Steak

1 ½ pounds of Tenderloin Steak

4 pounds of Cube Steak

3 pounds of Rump Roast

10 pounds of Chuck Roast

1 pound of Tri-Tip Roast

3 pounds of Sirloin Tip Roast

1 pound of Brisket

1 pound of Fajita Meat

2 pounds of Stew Meat

58 pounds of hamburger
