Lorelei has a B.S. in Animal Science from WSU. She studied cattle anatomy and physiology, genetics, wound care, disease prevention, calf care, nutrition for each biological life cycle, reproduction, welfare and behavior. Originally she was interested in becoming an equine veterinarian but fell in love with the cattle she had hands on experience working with during her education at WSU. "Working with the cattle here at Cobblestone Creek has been one of the best experiences I have had. Not only being able to apply the knowledge learned in college but getting to share it with my family and children. Seeing the results of gentle handling techniques, excellent nutrition and disease prevention and the direct affect it has on our cattle is amazing!" She hopes to become certified in Artificial Insemination soon. Shhh! Don't tell our bull! :)
